Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Events ("the App") operated by Qual Tek LLC/ Scott Sopata LLC. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Account Creation and Contact

a. You are required to create an account in order to access certain features of the App. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You also agree that Qual Tek LLC/ Scott Sopata LLC may contact you via the email address provided for important updates, announcements, and notifications related to the App.

2. Cost and Payment

a. While the App may currently be offered free of charge, please note that at some point, there may be costs associated with certain features or services. Any such costs will be clearly communicated to users prior to implementation.

3. Limitation of Liability

a. Qual Tek LLC/ Scott Sopata LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the App.

b. Qual Tek LLC/ Scott Sopata LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content available on the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

4. User Conduct

a. You agree to use the App solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.

5. Modifications to Terms

a. Qual Tek LLC/ Scott Sopata LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Governing Law

a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
